Be it resolved that: That the Council agenda for the Regular Council Meeting held on February 14, 2024 be approved as presented. Amendment: Move Closed session after item P.

O'Sullivan That Council proceed to Closed Session pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, (c) - acquisition or disposition of land, and (k) - plans and instructions for negotiations.

Be it resolved that: Council direct staff to enter into negotiations for all of the units in the buildings to be rented at the values proposed by the developer for 10 years with annual cost of living adjustment increases but no development charges credits.

Be it resolved that: Council direct staff to notify successful candidate and proceed to book the Civic Awards ceremony.

THAT Council: Appoint Dave Dancey as Deputy Treasurer; Appoint Meghan Graham as a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer; Appoint Mike Finley as Director of Public Works; AND Approve and enact By-Law 13-24 to amend By-Law 66-18 being a By-Law to Appoint Municipal Officers.

THAT Council approve and enact By-Law 14-24 to amend By-Law 05-24 being a By-Law to Levy Interim Taxes for 2024.

THAT Council approve and enact By-law 11-24 to appoint the members of Council to the Committee of Adjustment for 2024.

THAT Council authorize the Director of Planning and Development to enter into a subdivision agreement for the Hurd Street Subdivision, subject to further legal review.

Recommendation: That Council direct staff to provide a report detailing financing options to bring sanitary infrastructure from Ryan's Well south along County Road 19, to and along the unserviced portions of Van Buren Street.
