Special Council Meeting

THAT Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of North Grenville move into closed session at 4:26 p.m. at the North Grenville Municipal Office in accordance with Section 239(2)(b)(c)(e)(f)(h)and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001 to consider the following:  Health, Wellness, Fitness, and Active Transportation Advisory Committee Applications - Section 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and,  Human Resource Matter- Section 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and,  Fire Station No. 2 - Section 239 (2)(c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; and, and,  OLT-25-000588- Section 239(2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and,  Contract Negotiations- Section 239(2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose and (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board.  Bell Hall - Section(h) information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them

THAT Council reconvenes in Open Session at 7:20 p.m.

THAT the Confirmation By-Law as attached to this Agenda be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed in Open Council.

THAT we do now adjourn at 7:22 p.m. to meet again at the call of the Chair.
