WHEREAS in 2024 Council proclaimed the month of November in the Municipality of North Grenville as Women Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month. NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council directs the Leeds and Grenville Interval House Flag to be raised on November 25, 2025 (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women) to mark the commencement of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence and direct the flag to fly inclusively until December 10, 2025 (Human Rights Day).
