Be it resolved: THAT Council of the Municipality of North Grenville appoint Councillor Kristin Strackerjan as Acting Deputy Mayor for the regular meeting of Council on August 14, 2024.

Be it resolved: THAT Council of the Municipality of North Grenville hereby approve the following meeting minutes: Regular Meeting Minutes - July 10, 2024; and, Special Meeting Minutes - July 25, 2024.

Be it resolved: THAT Council of the Municipality of North Grenville enact and approve By-law 67-24 to exempt Blocks within Plan 15M-42 from Part Lot control and delegates authority to the Clerk to amend Schedule A with the legal descriptions once they become available and are verified by legal counsel.

Be it resolved: THAT Council of the Municipality of North Grenville accept the following Advisory Committee minutes for information: Accessibility Advisory Committee Minutes - January 24, 2024; Accessibility Advisory Committee Minutes - May 22, 2024; Agriculture & Rural Affairs Advisory Committee Minutes - March 6, 2024; Arts, Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes - January 26, 2024; Arts, Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes - February 27, 2024; and, Arts, Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes - March 26, 2024.

Be it resolved: THAT Council of the Municipality of North Grenville hereby accept the RVCA 2023 Annual Report for information.

Be it resolved: THAT Council of the Municipality of North Grenville hereby authorize entering into a Municipal Funding agreement with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario for the transfer of the Canada Community Building Fund (CCBF).

Be it resolved: THAT Council of the Municipality of North Grenville supports the Plan of Condominium for 2680 Concession Road and recommends the draft conditions to the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, as attached within Report PD-2024-037.

Be it resolved: THAT Council grants a noise exemption to the Snowmobile Drag Racing event being held at 252 Davis Road, Merrickville (Township of North Grenville) for the following dates and times: Friday, September 13th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, September 14th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, September 15th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

O'Sullivan THAT Council pass and enact By-Law 66-24 to make a series of general changes to Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 50-12.

THAT Council recommend to the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville draft plan conditions for the proposed 50 townhouse unit subdivision located at 210 Van Buren Street, as provided in report PD-2024-038; AND THAT a condition of draft approval be included to have a cost sharing agreement investigated for the installation of a sidewalk along the southern side of Van Buren Street to connect to the PXO, subject to the approval of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.

O'Sullivan THAT Council approve and enact By-Law 68-24 to re-zone the lands at 2131 County Road 18 from Rural (RU) to a site specific Rural – (RU-71) to permit the establishment of a contractor’s yard as an additional permitted use for the property.

THAT Council approve the increase in budget for the Type 2 Level C Pedestrian Crossover project from $45,000 to $85,000
