That Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that support be given to a proposed Habitat for Humanity Project in North Grenville; AND FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that planning staff are hereby directed to initiate the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment processes for the Habitat for Humanity project proposed for 2680 Concession Road; AND FURTHER THAT Staff are directed to initiate the severance application process and the preparation of the documentation required to waive the associated planning and building permit fees.
