That Committee of the Whole recommend that Council approve Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZBA-07-19 for the lands located at 1 Jayland Drive to amend the zoning of the property from Rural Residential (RR) to Rural Residential – Special Exception (RR-XX) to a permit an equipment repair shop as a home-based business within an accessory structure.
