Be it resolved that Council approve the exclusive use of the outdoor space adjacent to the Kemptville Campus Cafeteria as per the attached sketch for the purpose of serving alcohol during the Hwy. 43 Car Club Father’s Day Show and Shine on June 16, 2019; And further be it resolved that the approval be contingent that the Municipality of North Grenville is an additional insured under the Catered Affairs policy for the said space.
