WHEREAS the Old Town Kemptville Business Improvement Area (BIA) passed a motion at their Board of Management Meeting on December 20, 2017, to nominate Kimberley Smalridge to their Board of Management; AND WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.b) of North Grenville By-Law 69-15, the Old Town Kemptville BIA Board of Directors shall be appointed by the Council of the Municipality of North Grenville; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. C-2017-144 dated September 25, 2017 be repealed and the following be appointed to the Old Town Kemptville Board of Management for the term ending November 30, 2018: • Councillor Donovan Arnaud • Stephen Bent • Paul Cormier • Stephanie Gilmer • Blair Hamilton • Connie Lamble • Lee McIlvenna • Christopher Melnick-MacDonald • Kimberley Smalridge • Debbie Wilson
