THAT Council approve the revised Terms of Reference for the Environmental Action Advisory Committee, as amended to: Include reference to tree care under section (c); Revise the language in the Membership section by replacing the phrase “influential decision makers” with “residents with experience”; and Delete the reference to “programs and/or policies” from section (d).
