That the Committee of the Whole agenda for November 6, 2017 be approved as presented.

That the attached copy of minutes of the Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting of October 16, 2017 are approved as circulated.

That Committee of the Whole receive the following Draft Minutes of Committees & Boards included in the Committee of the Whole agenda package of November 6, 2017: • Rideau Valley Conservation Authority Board – July 7 • Heritage Advisory Committee – September 7 & 28 and October 6 • Library Board – October 12

That Committee of the Whole recommend that Council acknowledges that 35 Clothier Street West has cultural heritage value and interest.

That Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that 35 Clothier Street West be placed on the Municipality’s Heritage Register.

That Committee of the Whole recommend that Council serve a notice of intent to designate 35 Clothier Street West under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.

That Committee of the Whole recommend that Council approve Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZBA-15-17 for the lands located at Part Lot 25 & 26, Concession 1, Geographic Township of Oxford-on-Rideau, now the Municipality of North Grenville to permit an increase in the maximum lot coverage from 39% to 45% for 1 storey dwellings and 30% to 40% for 2 or more storey dwellings within the following zone categories of the eQuinelle Subdivision; R1-19, R1-19a, R2-1 and R3-2.

MINUTES: COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE, NOVEMBER 6, 2017 That Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that a by-law be enacted to enter into an amended agreement with the Kemptville 73’s Jr. A Hockey Club.

That Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that Request for Proposal NG17-28 for a Transportation Master Plan in the amount of $110,273.00 be awarded to WSP.

That Committee of the Whole acknowledge receipt of the Water and Wastewater Status Report for the period of July 01 to September 30, 2017.
