THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee appoint Kristi Johnston as the community member Co-Chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term of Council.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee recommend that the snow storage area along the north-west facing exterior wall of Building C as proposed in SPA-02-26 for 215 Reuben Cres. be reconfigured to be consistent with the snow storage area along the north-west facing exterior wall of building A to avoid obstructing the bicycle rack area, walkways and ingress/egress to the building; AND THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee recommends that the regular parking spaces immediately adjacent to the accessible parking spaces in front of Building C as proposed in SPA-02-26 for 215 Reuben Cres be used to accommodate additional access aisles to the accessible parking spaces or one addition accessible parking space.
